CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments that need to be rescheduled or cancelled must be done so no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable and will be used to cover loss of earnings for no shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

Rescheduling:

For appointment moves, your booking fee can only be moved with it ONCE and must be done so with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Multiple appointment moves are not allowed as it affects our scheduling and availability for other clients.

If you no-show for a scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. The Self Care Sanctuary reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if the cancellation policy is not adhered to.

The above policy still applies with gift voucher bookings. If the value of the gift voucher allows, then you may use this to pay the non-refundable booking fee. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment the amount of the booking fee will be deducted from the total value of the gift voucher.

The Self Care Sanctuary operates a NO EXCEPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY. This includes illness, personal issues or any other unforeseen circumstances. Enforcing a cancellation policy supports the cost it takes to run a small service-based business and protects our income when last minute cancellations arise. Enforcing our policies does not equate to any lack of understanding or empathy for your personal situation.

Please note that The Self Care Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel your appointment if the above policy is not adhered to.

Booking Information

BOOKING INFORMATION

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost of your treatment/s is required for all appointments. This is payable at the point of booking via the online booking system.

GIFT VOUCHER BOOKINGS

If you would like to use a gift voucher to pay the non-refundable 50% booking fee please email jo@theselfcaresanctuary.net with the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• The date and time of your desired slot (please browse the online booking system for availability)
• Which treatment/s and length of treatment (if applicable) you would like
• A valid voucher number (expired vouchers are not accepted)

Only when the above information has been received will your booking be confirmed.


What to expect on the day of your appointment: 

• Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes prior to the start of your appointment time 

• Please arrive alone for your appointment as my treatment room is home-based and there is no waiting area

• You will be welcomed at the door 

• The treatment room will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between clients and the treatment couch will always be replenished with fresh clean towels

Facilities

The Self Care Sanctuary treatment room is situated on the ground floor with level access.

You will have access to a bathroom which you are welcome to use during your time with us. Complimentary drinking water is provided in the treatment room for your refreshment.

All treatments on offer are for ladies only.

PARKING

There are a couple of visitor parking bays which you are welcome to use. However, if these are full there is plenty of free parking on the street should you need it.

Please do not park in the numbered bays as these are allocated to residents.
